Giulia Brutesco, P.Eng
Giulia has over 15 years of experience working with industry associations, government regulators, and stakeholders. This work has been comprised of building strong relationships and making meaningful changes. She is also notably a professional engineer in the province of Ontario. Giulia is known for developing successful science-based policy strategies and bringing them across the finish line with professionalism and grace. She is passionate about understanding differing perspectives and turning them into long-term strategies and goals to create thoughtful and meaningful visions.

As a leadership coach, Giulia helps her clients step into their leadership potential by leaning into their strengths so they can lead authentically with authority, vision, and influence. Giulia is a Certified Behavioural Consultant and part of the John Maxwell Leadership team.

Dan Doyle, CBC, CCS
One of the first challenges Dan faced as a supervisor was when his colleagues were having trouble understanding a point he was trying to make. When expressing his frustrations, his director told him “Not everyone thinks the same way you do.” As simple as that sounds, this was an awakening moment for Dan. From that point on, he learned to listen to the viewpoints of others, practice empathy, and deliver information that best fits each audience.
During his 25 years in senior management roles and several years serving on boards within the association world, Dan has dealt with everything imaginable. Employing his management style has allowed him to contribute to healthy organizational culture, which to him is the key factor when determining an association’s success. Dan’s belief in the importance of organizational culture has led him to the next phase of his career with Stratesco Group. As a certified behavioural consultant (CBC) and certified career strategist (CCS), Dan created the SoftSkillableTM program, a tool leaders can use to improve their workplaces. This program aligns with his dedication to helping clients build healthy and functional workplaces.
