Sylvain Dallaire is a passionate engineer and business management expert, with over 30 years’ experience in civil engineering, including concrete, steel and wood structures. A graduate of École de Technologie Supérieure, Sylvain began his career as a project technician in a mining company, before becoming a shareholder in a renowned construction company in 2009. Since December 1994, he has been a civil engineer and member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and the Professional Engineers of Ontario. He has accompanied thousands of workers on their career paths, helping them to improve their efficiency, strengthen their leadership and achieve their goals. A visionary, he founded Pure PVC a company specializing in the supply of PVC sheet piling, with the aim of innovating in river, marine and environmental improvement. Outside of his professional activities, Sylvain is actively involved in his community, notably through humanitarian trips and sponsoring junior engineers.
